A Little Bit About Me
Hollie Boshell - Head Coach
I have created my own personal brand called Hollie B Fit to share my love and passion for health and fitness, and I want to bring you along that same journey with me.
I haven’t always been into fitness, I moved to Australia in 2012 where I lived for 3 years. This is where my I found a love for nutrition and fitness. Australia is full with healthy cafes, restaurants and great places to run, so my passion just grew the more healthy eating and fitness became involved in my life.
I first started running and loved the way it made me feel so I decided to join a gym, I took part in fitness classes; bodypump, bodyattack and spinning became my favourite.
Later, I then became involved in weight-training, my own training now is based around weights and high intensity training, I love that it makes any person feel strong and powerful by raising the positive endorphins. I also enjoy Pilates, which blends with my own training to help keep my flexible and calms my body and mind. Whilst in Australia I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2014 with FiaFitnation, I gained experience working in Fitness First and working along side some well know personal trainers.
I moved back to the UK in 2015, where I continued my health and fitness journey and progressed to gain my Spinning Instructors Certificate, Diploma in Personal Nutrition and Level 3 Pilates Instructor.
I dedicate a lot of my own time researching all aspects of health and fitness so I can continue to educate myself about good nutrition and training so I can use that knowledge with my clients to achieve the best results for them.
As a fitness professional my main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your shape, size, and fitness goals. My aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
With 5 years in the industry, I am continuing to grow my brand, widen my knowledge and gain many skills so I can help as many people as possible.
