Hey! I am transformation coach who has a vision to help men and women lose body fat and transform their bodies, heal their negative relationships with food and up-leveling their confidence which free's them into being their happiest selves.
"I was never good enough"
I suffered with low self esteem and self hate which led me to developing an Eating Disorder from constant yo-yo dieting and all the 'food rules' I had picked up along the way.
I was desperate to be smaller and smaller and smaller. My relationship with food AND my body was terrible.
It was a LONG road to recovery - physically and mentally, and now that I have come out on the other side, Finding inner peace with food, no longer dieting and still happy, healthy and LOVING my body - I am passionate to help as many women as I can do the same without making all the mistakes I did, and in less than HALF the time.
Over the years, I have found that my superpower is creating special, empowering and loving communities where women experience support, a true education on how to lose weight without dieting or any 'food rules', learn to love their body, create connection, and achieve overall happiness
I dedicate a lot of my own time researching all aspects of health and fitness so I can continue to educate myself about good nutrition and training I can use that knowledge with my clients to achieve the best results for them.
As a fitness professional my main passion is guiding women towards a healthier lifestyle.
Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your shape, size, and fitness goals. My aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
