I recommend having a swiss ball, resistant bands and a kettle. There are so many exercises you can do with limited equipment.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?
I don't follow any cookie cutter programs, all of my clients are treated as an individual and each get a personalisd program for their goals.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
All my personal training packages come with a nutrition plan. If you are looking for a one-off plan this will be charged extra.
ARE YOUR CLASSES PAY AS YOU GO?
Yes, but please book your space and pay on the night . My classes tend to get fully booked.
